Abstract

The invention discloses a batch reactor optimal control system based on an adaptive control node. The system is formed by a batch reactor body, a liquid phase flow meter at the batch reactor end, an analog-digital converter, a field bus network, a DCS, a master control room feed rate display, a digital-analog converter at the flow control valve end and a flow control valve. After a control room engineer sets production process duration time and feed rate control requirement, the DCS obtains a feed rate control strategy for maximizing the output of a target product and converts the obtained feed rate control strategy into an opening degree instruction of the flow control valve, and sends the instruction to the digital-analog converter at the flow control valve end through the field bus network to allow the flow control valve to act correspondingly according to the received control instruction; and the liquid phase flow meter collects feed rate of the reactor in real time and returns thefeed rate to the DCS to allow the control room engineer to master the production process at any time. The system can maximize the output of the target product in the batch reactor, and realizes potential tapping and profit increasing.
