Abstract

The automatic line is characterized in that the automatic line comprises a conveyor, an opening and outer wall cleaning mechanism and an inner wall cleaning mechanism; an oblique carrierroller rack is mounted on the conveyor, intermittent operation is achieved, and precise locating can be achieved; a rotating barrel mechanism is adopted by the opening and outer wall cleaning mechanism for driving to-be-cleaned barrels to rotate on the carrier roller rack, a fixed barrel opening cleaning head and a reciprocating motion outer wall cleaning head are used in cooperation, and barrelopening cleaning and barrel outer wall cleaning are completed at the same time; a barrel holding support is adopted by the inner wall cleaning mechanism for fixing the positions of the barrels duringcleaning, and a high-pressure cleaning head of high-speed rotation and reciprocating motion is used for completing barrel inner wall cleaning; and a system is provided with a residual material removalgroove and a waste slag removal conveyor. A whole machine has the advantages of being high in automation degree, saving manpower and reducing labor intensity.
