signal connection with each component and performs staged control; the control method depends on the
system, in the starting stage, high-pressure hydrogen is controlled to enter the
solid-state
hydrogen storage auxiliary heat source device to absorb hydrogen and release heat to preheat an electric
pile, the engine
heating time is 1-10 min, and the temperature of the electric
pile is increased to 310-340 k; in the normal operation stage, the stack
waste heat is used for driving the
solid hydrogen storage auxiliary heat source device to absorb heat and release hydrogen and supply hydrogen to the stack, and external
heat supply is not needed; in the shutdown stage, high-pressure hydrogen is introduced again to enable the
solid hydrogen storage auxiliary heat source device to absorb hydrogen and release heat, residual
water vapor blowing and freezing prevention are carried out on the galvanic
pile for 0.5-5 min, and the
solid hydrogen storage auxiliary heat source device can be widely applied to fuel cell vehicles,
engineering machinery, ships and fixed power stations.
