According to the method, the PA3200 3D printing moulding workpiece is manufactured by utilizing a 3D printing SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) technique; the moulding workpiece is annealed by adopting a tubular vacuum furnace; the tubular furnace has the advantages of being simple in operation, capable of high-precision temperature controlling, capable of working atvarious atmospheres and the like; heating up time is set to be 1-3 hours; temperature maintaining time is set to be 1-5 hours; cooling time is set to be 1-3 hours; annealing temperature is set to be 100 DEG C-160 DEG C; the annealing atmosphere contains oxygen and nitrogen; and the moulding workpiece is subjected to annealing treatment according to the set parameters. After annealing treatment, the contact angle of the surface of the moulding workpiece is changed from 121 degrees to 60 degrees; and the surface wettability is changed from hydrophobicity to hydrophility, so that the surface wettability of the PA3200 3D printing moulding workpiece is effectively adjusted and controlled.
