Abstract

The invention relates to an extraction separation method of acetylpropionic acid. The method comprises the step of contacting an acetylpropionic acid water solution with a complexing extractant, wherein the complexing extractant is prepared from a complexing agent and a cosolvent, the complexing agent is selected from at least one of tributyl phosphate, trioctyl phosphate or trialkyl phosphine oxide, and the cosolvent is selected from at least one of ethyl formate, propyl formate, ethyl acetate, propyl acetate, methyl propionate or ethyl propionate; the weight ratio of the complexing agent tothe cosolvent is (20:1)-(1:20). The method can be used for industrial production for separation purification of acetylpropionic acid.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for extracting and separating levulinic acid. Background technique [0002] Levulinic acid is an important platform compound for biomass conversion, which can be used to produce high value-added chemicals through hydrogenation, oxidative dehydrogenation, esterification, etc., and is widely used. Levulinic acid is usually produced by hydrolysis of biomass raw materials. Hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid is usually used as a catalyst in the hydrolysis process. Cellulose is decomposed into glucose monomers under acidic conditions, and then hydrolyzed to generate levulinic acid and formic acid. Because the concentration of levulinic acid in the hydrolyzate is low, and levulinic acid has a carboxylic acid hydrophilic group, and there is a certain amount of formic acid in the solution, both formic acid and levulinic acid are weak organic acids, so the separation is difficult. To obtain levulinic acid with higher purity, th...
