Abstract

The invention discloses a device for conducting electric chlorine removal on a suspender of a suspender arch bridge. The device comprises a casing internally provided with a plurality of steel tendons. The upper ends of the multiple steel tendons are fixed to arch ribs. The lower ends of the multiple steel tendons penetrate through a bridge deck slab beam steel bottom end plate and are fixed to the steel bottom end plate. Rustproof grease is arranged in the casing. The part, at the suspender, of a bridge deck slab is provided with a pit. No casing exists outside the part, in the pit, of the steel tendons. A first seal plate preventing leakage of the rustproof grease in the casing is arranged at the part, on the top face of the pit, of the casing. The parts, in the pit, of the steel tendonsare provided with a cake-shaped liquid seepage body, and the cake-shaped liquid seepage body is made of hydrophilic materials and soaked with electrolyte solution. At least two stainless steel platesare arranged in the pit. The outer sides of the stainless steel plates are provided with tight abutting devices through which the stainless steel plates tightly abut against the peripheral surface ofthe cake-shaped liquid seepage body soaked with the electrolyte solution. The stainless steel plates are connected with the anode of a direct-current power source through wires. The cathode of the direct-current power source is connected with the steel bottom end plate of the suspender through a wire. Through the device for conducting electric chlorine removal, chloride ions on the steel tendonsof the suspender can be removed effectively.
