The invention relates to a cylinder interior and exterior cold water mixing dual-spraying gasoline engine structure which comprises a gasoline engine body, a gas inlet manifold, a gas exhaust manifold, an oil sprayer, a sparking plug, a cylinder interior water sprayer, a high-pressure water pump unit communicating with the cylinder interior water sprayer, a cylinder exterior water sprayer arrangedin the gas inlet manifold, a lower-pressure water pump unit communicating with the cylinder exterior water sprayer, and an electronic controller, wherein the gas inlet manifold and the gas exhaust manifold are arranged on the gasoline engine body, and the sparking plug and the cylinder interior water sprayer are arranged in the gasoline engine body.
