The invention relates to a cylinder inside and outside cold water mixed double injection type diesel engine structure. The structure comprises a diesel engine body, an inlet manifold, an exhaust manifold, an oil sprayer, a cylinder inside water sprayer arranged in the diesel engine body, a high-pressure water pump unit communicating with the cylinder inside water sprayer, a cylinder outside watersprayer arranged in the inlet manifold, a low-pressure water pump unit communicating with the cylinder outside water sprayer, and an electronic controller which is electrically connected with the oilsprayer, the cylinder inside water sprayer, the high-pressure water pump unit, the cylinder outside water sprayer and the the low-pressure water pump unit. According to the structure, compared with the prior art, the cold water sprayed inside a cylinder is used to absorb the heat, the temperature of the part, close to the top dead center, in the cylinder is reduced, the emission of NOx is reduced,meanwhile, as an additional working medium, the heat efficiency of the diesel engine is remarkably improved; and in addition, the water is sprayed in the inlet manifold, the heat is absorbed by usingevaporation of the water, the temperature of the gas to be fed into the air cylinder is reduced, the gas inlet density is increased, the volumetric efficiency is increased, the volume power of the diesel engine is improved, and the power performance is improved.
