The tunnel inner sleeper comprises a first bolster, a second bolster and a third bolster which are sequentially and parallelly laid, one side of the second bolster is detachably connected with the first bolster, the other side of the second bolster is detachably connected with the third bolster, the topelevation of the first bolster is as same as that of the third bolster, the top elevation of the second bolster is lower than that of the first bolster, a single rail of a shield tunneling machine isarranged on the top surface of the first bolster, a rail of a storage battery car is arranged on the top surface of the second bolster, and a rail of a backup trailer is arrange don the top surface of the third bolster. The first bolster, the third bolster and the second bolster of the tunnel inner sleeper are detachably connected, so that first bolster and the third bolster can be recycled, andconstruction cost is reduced. The application construction method of the tunnel inner sleeper is simple to operate, rail flatness is high, and material transportation and running of the shield trailerare facilitated.
