Abstract
The invention discloses a high-flux composite reverse osmosis membrane containing ZSM-5 zeolite and a preparation method of the high-flux composite reverse osmosis membrane. The preparation method comprises the following specific steps: forming a polyamide functional layer by virtue of a support layer (generally an ultrafiltration membrane) through the interaction of polyamine water and multi-element acyl chloride, and doping the polyamide functional layer with ZSM-5 zeolite with hydrophobic pore ducts, so as to prepare the reverse osmosis membrane with a high-flux composite functional layer.The preparation method has the advantages that the ZSM-5 zeolite is doped into a polyamine separation layer through being dispersed into an organism phase, so that the problems that the ordered arrangement of most nano-particles is easily disrupted in a water phase during interfacial polymerization, and the nano-particles are not uniformly distributed are solved; the ZSM-5 zeolite can be well dispersed in common organic reagents such as normal hexane, so that the problem that most nano-particles cannot be dispersed in an organic solvent is solved; and the ZSM-5 zeolite is provided with hydrophobic pore ducts, water molecules can pass through without resistance, and the polyamine separation layer is doped with the ZSM-5 zeolite so as to provide water channels for the reverse osmosis membrane, so that the water flux can be substantially increased.
