Embodiment Construction

[0013] The present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0014] Such as figure 1 , figure 2 As shown, the present invention provides a defective insulator detection device based on leakage current, which includes an insulator leakage current sensor 1 and a signal acquisition and processing device. The insulator leakage current sensor 1 is installed on the steel cap 3 of the insulator 2. The insulator leakage current sensor 1 is used to collect the leakage current flowing through the insulator string where the insulator 2 is located, and transmit it to the signal acquisition and processing device through a shielded cable or wirelessly.

[0015] In a preferred embodiment, the signal acquisition and processing device includes a broadband current sensor, a high-pass filter, a band-pass filter, a phase-shifting and square-wave conversion circuit, an amplifier, a data acquisition card and a single-chip microcom...

Abstract

The invention relates to a detecting device for a faulty insulator based on leakage current. The device comprises an insulator leakage current sensor and a signal acquiring and processing device, wherein the insulator leakage current sensor is arranged on a steel cap of the insulator and is used for acquiring the leakage current flowing through an insulator string where the insulator is located and transmitting the leakage current to the signal acquiring and processing device by a shielded cable or a wireless mode. The signal acquiring and processing device comprises a broadband current sensor, a high-pass filter, a band-pass filter, a phase shift and square wave conversion circuit, an amplifier, a data acquisition card and a singlechip microcomputer; the singlechip microcomputer is used for processing data and judging the conditions of the insulator. According to the detecting device disclosed by the invention, faults of the insulator are judged by detecting the leakage current and are remotely transmitted, so that automatic judgment of the insulator conditions is realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a defect insulator detection device based on leakage current, in particular to a device used in the field of high-voltage transmission lines to detect defect insulators by collecting leakage current. Background technique [0002] The insulator of the transmission line is an important part used to fix the conductor to keep its electrical performance. In the operation of the power system, it works in a complex and harsh environment composed of strong electric field, mechanical stress, pollution, temperature and humidity for a long time. The probability of failure is very high, which seriously threatens the safe operation of the power system. Generally speaking, insulator defects mainly include the following aspects: cracks inside the insulator, damage to the surface of the insulator, and reduced insulation resistance. At present, many detection methods still require on-site detection by climbing iron towers, and there are proble...
