The upper surface is processed into an inner rectangular sheet and an outer rectangular frame-shaped radiating patch, and the inner rectangular sheet and the outer rectangular frame-shaped radiating patch are connected through four bridges located in the middle of four sides. Four T-shaped slotsare loaded in the middle of the outer side of the radiating patch. In the upper left and lower right corners, ladders of the same size are loaded respectively to control the orthogonal degenerate mode and the circular polarization axis ratio. The internal rectangular patch is a rectangular patch with double cut corners. The cut corners are located on the upper right side and lower left side of the inner rectangular patch. Four complementary open rectangular or circular CSRR resonant ring structures are added near the corners in the inner rectangular patch, wherein each structure is composed of two C-shaped rings with openings nested in each other.
