The sensor comprises three aspects of adopting an inductor used for detecting a distance: using special structures ofa shielding ring, a shielding cover and the like to increase the effective frequency change range of an LC oscillator from less than 10% to nearly 100% so that the influences of various drifts on a measurement result are effectively reduced; adopting an eddy current resistance loss LC oscillator: using an emitter electrode to inject energy to an LC resonance loop so that oscillation starting is easy to generate compared with a commonly-used carat wave LC oscillator, wherein an output amplitude can exceed a power supply voltage so that a signal to noise ratio is greatly increased, and an output impedance is low so that a digital circuit can be directly driven; and adopting a frequency and distance relation curve rectification method: using one rectification function to rectify a distance and frequency relation curve, wherein compared with a table look-up interpolation method, by using the method, a sampling point number is greatly reduced. In the method, only three points are needed, arectification effect is equal to that of a twenty-point table look-up interpolation method, a high accuracy degree is possessed when the range exceeds 2 measurement ranges and the table look-up method can not reach the accuracy degree.
