Abstract

The invention discloses a design and manufacturing method for a customized degradable bone fracture plate of a composite structure. The bone fracture plate is composed of a degradable polymer-biological ceramic composite layer, a long fiber reinforcement polymer layer and a medicine slow-release layer. A contact surface of the bone fracture plate is subjected to customized design according to thefracture part of a patient, the structure of the bone fracture plate is subjected to optimized design according to the mechanics characteristics of a mounting part, and 3D printing manufacturing is adopted. The method comprises the following steps that 1) the fracture part of the patient is scanned by using methods such as CT, and scanned data is output; 2) skeleton surface data of the mounting part of the bone fracture plate is extracted in medical image processing software, and a reconstituted skeleton surface three-dimensional model is output; 3) a three-dimensional structure of the bone fracture plate is subjected to optimized design in three-dimensional computer auxiliary design software; 4) a 3D printing technology is adopted for manufacturing the bone fracture plate; 5) the manufactured bone fracture plate is subjected to mechanics testing.
