The method comprises the steps that a start instruction is received, the output of the frequency converter group system is calculated according to the measurement parameter and the preset rotating speed, and the host frequency converter and the slave frequency converter are connected with the corresponding branch of the brushless doubly-fed motor control winding; the brushless doubly-fed motor is controlled to enter the corresponding operation state according to the output of the frequency converter group system; and when the fault information transmitted by the slave frequency converter is received, the corresponding fault slave frequency converter is cutoff. According to the brushless doubly-fed motor control method, device and system, the host frequency converter and the slave frequency converter are connected with the corresponding branch of the control winding, each frequency converter only requires to bear a part of the total power of the system and the host frequency converter is adopted to control the frequency converter group system and the fault slave frequency converter can be directly cut off in case of fault so as to have the advantage of high reliability in comparison with the conventional frequency converter.
