Total system power is a term often used in audio electronics to rate the power of an audio system. Total system power refers to the total power consumption of the unit, rather than the power handling of the speakers or the power output of the amplifier. This can be viewed as a somewhat deceptive marketing ploy, as the total power consumption of the unit will of course be greater than any of its other power ratings, except for, perhaps, the peak power of the amplifier, which is essentially an exaggerated value anyway. According to the method, by means of equivalent channel gain, a two-hop link in the system is converted into a virtual direct-transmission link, then the joint optimization problem related to subcarrier allocation, relay selection and power allocation is decomposed into the following three sub-problems that firstly, the number of subcarriers occupied by users is determined by means of a power minimization rule according to average channel gain and the target rate of the users; secondly, on the principle that the channel condition is optimal, the target rate of the users is taken into consideration at the same time, subcarrier allocation is carried out in the mode that the subcarriers are used for selecting the users and a relay, so that the situation that one subcarrier is allocated to multiple users is avoided, and computation complexity is reduced; thirdly, by means of combination of a water-filling algorithm and channel environment, power allocation is carried out, and the fact that the total power of the system is minimum is guaranteed. Besides, in the processes of subcarrier allocation and relay selection, energy loaded on the subcarriers is minimum, and therefore energy consumption of the system is reduced.

The method comprises the following steps of taking minimum radar system transmitting power as a target function, and establishing a transmitting power optimization model under the constraints of different position estimation accuracy requirements for multiple targets and anupper limit of radar transmitting power; loosening a non-convex optimization problem of power distribution to be a convex optimization problem through an SPCA algorithm, and solving an approximate solution of power distribution; and adopting a heuristic search algorithm to carry out further optimization on a power distribution result in order to obtain an optimal power distribution result. According to the method, the resource utilization rate can be maximized and the minimum power resources are consumed under the condition that the different position estimation requirements for multiple targets are met; less system consumption can be used, the resource utilization rate is improved while the calculation amount of the system is reduced; through controlling the target number and the position estimation precision requirement, the higher the target tracking precision requirement is, the more stable the performance is, and the more the number is, the more obvious the advantages are; and the method has better application value.
