The system comprises a first circuit breaker, a relay, a servo motor control module, a PMAC control module, a horizontal limiting switch, a vertical limiting switch, a hand wheel, a photoelectric position sensor module, namely, a PSD module, a direct current power supply module and a second circuit breaker; duringthe measuring process of a laser tracking system, the voltage generated when the the position of a light spot on PSD changes enters into a PMAC control card, received voltage variation is converted into a control signal by the PMAC control card and transmitted to a servo motor driving device, so that tracking is conducted on the light spot by driving a servo motor to complete tracking measurement. During the tracking process, if the servo motor exceeds the operating range in a certain direction, a signal is transmitted to the PMAC control module by the limiting switch in the direction, and the servo motor driving device is controlled by the PMAC control module to stop the operation of the servo motor to prevent the damage of the laser tracking system. By means of the electrical control system, closed loop control of the servo motor is achieved to ensure the normal measuring of the laser tracking system.
