During the tracking process, if the servo motor exceeds the operating range in a certain direction, a signal is transmitted to the PMAC control module by the limiting switch in the direction, and the servo motor driving device is controlled by the PMAC control module to stop the operation of the servo motor to prevent the damage of the laser tracking system. By means of the electrical control system, closed loop control of the servo motor is achieved to ensure the normal measuring of the laser tracking system.
