Abstract

The production equipment of rare earth oxidescomprises a reactor, a microwave heating device, a gas carrying tank and a liquid storage tank, wherein the microwave heating device is nested outside of the reactor; the reactor comprises a gas inlet section, a contraction section, a throat section and a gas outlet section connected in sequence; the gas of the gas carrying tank comprises oxygen; the gas carrying tank is communicated with the gasinlet section so that the gas can enter the reactor and flow in a length direction of the reactor; the liquid storage tank is communicated with the throat section so that a rare earth chloride solution enters the reactor, flows to the gas outlet section and reacts with the oxygen to generate rare earth oxides and hydrogen chloride. The production equipment solves technical problems that the existing preparation equipment is unevenly heated to result in excess local temperature, and molecular motion of an outer heated region is active to easily form aggregation of products from the outside tothe inside so that the products are easily agglomerated to result in uneven particle size and different shapes.
