The automatic control device comprises two ring-opening tanks, an oxidation tank, an online detection system,a regulating system and a controller, wherein the online detection system comprises a sampling component and a detecting component; the sampling component comprises a sealed chamber, an upper sleeve,a lower sleeve, a sampling rod, a spiral sample injector and a motor; the regulating system comprises a temperature sensor, a first pressure sensor and a heater, which are separately arranged in eachring-opening tank, and a second pressure sensor which is arranged in the sealed chamber. The automatic control device further comprises an air compressor, wherein the controller is electrically connected with both the online detection system and the regulating system. The automatic control device has the beneficial effects that tank-opened sampling is not required during the controlling of the ring-opening reaction; automatic sampling, automatic detection and automatic control can be achieved; the automatic control device has good sealing performance, and leakage does not occur during sampling, detecting and reaction; sample detection has no need of pressurizing a sample, artificial interference in reaction processes is reduced, and safe and normal proceeding of the reaction can be guaranteed.
