In order to solve the problem that traditional bone fixed with cement is not easy to renovate, the prosthesis utilizes a biological porous femoral stem casing and is characterized in that the stem casing is matched with a medullary cavity structure, but is slightly smaller than the medullary cavity structure. The stem casing is formed by using NiTi alloy with memory effect through 3D printing method and subjected to a later memory training; the stem casing is a naturally expanded porous structure in the form; and according to the stress analysis, the porosities in the outer side and the inside of the femur is different to a certain extent; the phase-change temperature point of the memory effect of the stem casing is 10-20 DEG C lowerthan the body temperature.
