The central power supply type electrode system comprises a metal rod, a plurality of electrode units, a voltage source and a shielding cover, which are axially fixed inside the horizontal pipeline; the electrode system comprises the plurality of electrode units; each electrode unit comprises a signal electrode, a power supply electrode, a wireless communication module, a power supply module, a signal control module, a high-pass filter and a signal excitation and measurement unit; the signal control modules are in wireless communication with the outside through the wireless communication modules, send measurement results and control the switching between the excitation state and the measurement state of the signal electrodes according to received wireless signals; each power supply module comprises a voltage stabilization module and a low-pass filter; the voltage stabilization modules are connected between the shielding cover and the power supply electrodes; and the output of the voltage stabilization modules is subjected to low-pass filtering and then is used for supplying power for the whole electrode units through power supply cables.
