The method comprises the following steps: freezing a to-be-detected solution for 5-10seconds at the temperature of minus 70 DEG C to minus 90 DEG C, observing the appearance and the flow condition of the frozen solution, and judging whether the solution is the reproductive freezing vitrified solution; if the frozen solution shows a transparent flow condition, then the solution belongs to the reproductive freezing vitrified solution; and if the frozen solution is white and does not flow, then the solution does not belong to the reproductive freezing vitrified solution. Compared with the conventional detection method, the method has the advantages that the operation is simple,the method takes short time, and the detection can be carried out before reproductive freezing.
