Abstract

The invention discloses an anti-inflammatory composition as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The anti-inflammatory composition is prepared from the following components: magnololand asiaticoside, wherein the concentration of asiaticoside is 10 uM or 2.5 uM. The preparation method of the anti-inflammatory composition comprises the steps that magnolol and asiaticoside are prepared to be mother liquid with the concentration being 20 mM by using solvents, then a DMEM (dulbecco modified eagle medium) culture medium is adopted to dilute the asiaticoside mother liquid to be 10 uM, the DMEM culture medium is adopted to dilute the magnolol to be 10 uM, 5 uM or 2.5 uM; and finally the diluted magnolol mother liquid and asiaticoside mother liquid are mixed to be uniform, and theanti-inflammatory composition is obtained. The invention discovers that asiaticoside can effectively enhance the anti-inflammatory activity of low-concentration magnolol (10, 5 and 2.5 uM), magnololand asiaticoside have the synergistic effect, and the effect can be better when magnolol and asiaticoside are matched at the ratio of 1 to 1.
