The outer side of the main shaft is provided with a cutting blade. The discharging port is located in the lower portion of the middle of thecrushing bin. A fermentation tank is mounted on the left side of a connecting pipe. The end cover is located on the upper portion of the fermentation tank. A mother culture throwing frame is embeddedin the middle of the end cover. A blowdown port is formed in the lower portion of the middle of the fermentation tank. The outer surfaces of the fermentation tank and the crushing bin are provided with black chromium plating layers correspondingly.
