According to the system, a cold tank is connected into output of a reheat steam solar heat exchanger and a molten salt heat exchanger of a traditional solar optic-thermal coupling coal-fired power generation system, thenthe cold tank is connected to a heat collector of a tower solar heat collection mirror field through a third pump, output of the heat collector of the tower solar heat collection mirror field is connected with a heat tank, and then the heat tank is connected with the in end of the reheat steam solar heat exchanger and the molten salt heat exchanger through a first pump and a second pump separately. As for the integration mode with the energy storage function, high-temperature molten salt absorbing solar energy heats part of water being the working medium into main steam, the main steam is mixed with main steam generated by a boiler to jointly drive a steam turbine to generate power, and solar energy replaces part of reheater thermal loads of a boiler system, and influences on a primary power station are reduced; and the system output is more stable, and stability and flexibility of a coupling system are greatly improved.
