The method comprises the following steps: selecting a tree age and planting densityof the pseudolarix amabilis, and performing pruning; and selecting a seedling size of the peonies for oil, adopting black mulching film covering planting, determining a planting density, performing weeding, performing fertilization, performing water management, and preventing and controlling diseases and pests.
