The re-pickling material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of Chuzhou chrysanthemums, 20-25 parts of Chinese wolfberries, 20-25 parts of longan, 60-70 parts of red dates, 20-30parts of crystal sugar, 50-60 parts of raw ginger, 40-50 parts of welsh onions, 10-15 parts of homemade stir-fried salt, 1000-1100 parts of brewer's grains and a proper amount of water. The method creatively applies the brewer's grains as a main pickling ingredient. The flavor of the brewer's grains is stronger than that of beer.
