According to the method, a culture medium is prepared in the mode that Zn2+ is added to a PDB culture medium until the final concentration of the PDB culture medium is 100 mg/L, and the culture medium is equivalent to ZnSO4.7H2O with the concentration of 439.75 mg/L. According to the method, the biomass of proliferation of paenibacillus polymyxa can be increased, the delay period of proliferation of paenibacillus polymyxa is shortened, andthe logarithmic phase of proliferation is shortened. The method has important theoretical significance on efficient culture of paenibacillus polymyxa and has high popularization value on applicationof related antibiological inoculants.
