A freezing printing device comprises an ink pool, a heat conducting mold, a vertical moving mechanism and a temperature control mechanism, wherein the ink pool is used for accommodating liquid metal,and the top part of the ink pool is an open structure; the bottom part of the heat conducting mold is provided with a printed pattern, and the heat conducting mold is positioned above the opening of the ink pool; the vertical moving mechanism drives the heat conducting mold to move in a vertical direction, and is used for controlling the bottom part of the heat conducting mold to be in contact with, immersed in or separated from the liquid metal in the ink pool; and the temperature control mechanism performs heat conduction with the heat conducting mold, and is used for transferring low temperature to the heat conducting mold and controlling the liquid metal in contact with the printed pattern to be cooled and solidified.
