Abstract

The invention discloses a Labview-based numerical control machine tool temperature measurement system, which comprises a PT100 platinum resistor, a bridge circuit, a voltage stabilization circuit, anintegrated addition and subtraction operation circuit, an active low-pass filter circuit, a USB acquisition card and a software filter interface. When temperature at the measurement place of the machine tool changes, the resistance of the PT100 changes, the voltage stabilization circuit provides a stable voltage source for the bridge circuit, under effects of the bridge circuit at the moment, thechange of the resistance is converted to the change of the voltage, common-mode signals in the signals are removed through the integrated addition and subtraction operation circuit, further through the active low-pass filter circuit, high-frequency interference signals contained in the signals are removed, the outputted signals are connected onto a wiring terminal of the USB acquisition card, thesignals are then acquired in the Labview through a data acquisition unit of the software filter interface, and through the data filter unit, the interference signals are removed completely and the processed signals are stored.
