Embodiment 1

[0021] Such as figure 1 , 2 Shown. The first pressure sensor 10 detects the pressure in the preheated gas storage compartment 13 and transmits it to the controller 6 in real time. When the pressure in the preheated gas storage compartment 13 is lower than the preset pressure of the controller 6, the controller 6 controls to open the first controllable valve 12. The high-pressure gas in the gas cylinder 11 is filled into the preheated gas storage compartment. When the pressure in the preheated gas storage tank reaches the preset value of the controller 6, the controller 6 controls the first controllable valve 13 to close and stops supplying gas to the preheated gas storage tank.

[0022] The double-chamber electric heater 16 is controlled by the controller 6 to continuously heat and keep the two chambers in the double-chamber electric heater 16. The first temperature sensor 8 detects the temperature in the preheated gas storage compartment 13 and transmits it to the controller 6...

Embodiment 2

[0024] Such as figure 1 , 2 Shown. The second pressure sensor 9 detects the pressure in the preheated gas bin 15 and transmits it to the controller 6 in real time. When the pressure in the preheating gas tank 15 is lower than the preset value of the controller 6, the controller 6 controls the second controllable valve 14 to be in an open state. The gas in the preheated gas storage compartment 13 is filled into the preheated gas compartment 15. When the pressure in the preheated gas tank 15 reaches the preset value of the controller 6, the controller 6 controls the second controllable valve 14 to be in a closed state. The gas in the preheated gas storage compartment 13 stops filling the preheated gas compartment 15.

Embodiment 3

[0026] Such as figure 1 , 2 Shown. The third pressure sensor 5 detects the pressure in the abdominal cavity 3 and transmits it to the controller 6 in real time. When the pressure in the abdominal cavity 3 is lower than the preset value of the controller 6, the controller 6 controls the third controllable valve 7 to be in an open state. The gas in the preheated gas chamber 15 is filled into the abdominal cavity 3. When the pressure in the abdominal cavity 3 reaches the preset value of the controller 6, the controller 6 controls the third controllable valve 7 to be in a closed state. The gas in the preheated gas bin 15 stops filling the abdominal cavity 3.

Abstract

The invention discloses a constant-temperature pneumoperitoneum machine capable of being used in laparoscopic tumor surgery. The machine comprises a gas cylinder, a double-chamber electric heater, controllable valves, temperature sensors, pressure sensors, a negative pressure device and a controller. The gas cylinder (11) is connected with a pipe of a preheating gas storage chamber (13) through the first controllable valve (12); the preheating gas storage chamber (13) is connected with a pipe of a preheating gas chamber (15) through the second controllable valve (14); the preheating gas chamber (15) is connected with a pipe of an abdominal cavity (3) through the third controllable valve (7); the abdominal cavity (3) is connected with a pipe of the negative pressure device (1) through the four controllable valve (2). Preheating of stable gas can be performed according to a temperature setting value of any target abdominal cavity, and constant-temperature and constant-pressure pneumoperitoneum is provided. Circulation of hot gas in the abdominal cavity continues at 43 DEG C, tumor thermotherapy can be performed while the laparoscopic surgery is performed, and a corresponding tumor treatment function is achieved.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a laparoscopic pneumoperitoneum machine used in laparoscopic tumor surgery, in particular, it can provide a constant temperature pneumoperitoneum at 43 degrees Celsius. Background technique [0002] Surgery has always been the main method of tumor treatment. High-quality tumor resection surgery can achieve the purpose of radical treatment of tumors. However, postoperative tumor implantation and metastasis often lead to treatment failure, which is still a difficult problem to solve at present. Some of the tumor implantation and metastasis occurred before the operation, and some occurred during the surgical operation. Existing literature reports show that body cavity hyperthermia can effectively kill implant metastases. It uses 43 degrees Celsius hot water to circulate continuously in the body cavity for a long time to effectively kill tumor cells. At present, in the treatment of tumors, body cavity hyperthermia is often used alon...
