Problems solved by technology

[0004] The object of the present invention is to provide a low-temperature control system and control method for vacuum QCM, at least to solve the problem in the prior art that only the QCM can be heated and temperature-controlled, but cannot be cooled and temperature-controlled. The temperature control technology and the cooling temperature control technology cannot cooperate to adjust the temperature of the QCM surface, especially the technical problem that the low temperature control of the QCM surface cannot be flexibly realized

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of research on the engine vacuum plume polluting property in particular to a low-temperature control system and a control method for a vacuum QCM (quartz crystal microbalance). The low-temperature control system for the vacuum QCM comprises a self-pressurization liquid nitrogen container, a cooling module, a heat transfer module, a heating module and the QCM, wherein the self-pressurization liquid nitrogen container, the cooling module, the heat transfer module and the QCM are connected in sequence, the cooling module, the heat transfer module and the QCM areall arranged in a vacuum box and the cooling module is communicated with the atmosphere. The self-pressurization liquid nitrogen container, the cooling module and the heat transfer module are used for cooling the QCM, surface temperature of the QCM is regulated and controlled through a heating module, and thus, positive and negative two-way regulation and accurate control and holding of surface temperature of QCM are realized and temperature control range of the conventional QCM heating control system is expanded.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of research on the characteristics of engine vacuum plume pollution, in particular to a low-temperature control system and control method for vacuum QCM. Background technique [0002] At present, when studying the deposition characteristics of bicomponent engine plume pollutants in a space environment, it is necessary to use a QCM (quartz crystal microbalance) to measure the mass change of the material to be tested after gas adsorption and desorption. Therefore, it is required to control the low temperature of the QCM surface under vacuum conditions to simulate the low temperature conditions on the surface of spacecraft materials in space. [0003] In the prior art, the surface of the QCM is mostly heated and temperature-controlled. The solution of the heating temperature control technology is to set a certain target temperature by winding the heating sheet and the temperature measuring device on the surface...
