The fresh-cut fruit screening machine structurally comprises a bottomplate, a water tank, spring seats, supporting plates, spraying heads, a water pipe and a screening device. The water tank is arranged on the bottom plate. The supporting plates perpendicularly weldedto the bottom plate are arranged on the two sides of the water tank correspondingly. The screening device is arranged over the water tank. The two ends of the screening device are mounted on the supporting plates through the spring seats. The tops of the supporting plates are connected with the water pipe perpendicular to the supporting plates. The spraying heads are evenly distributed on the water pipe. The screening device is composed of vibrating frames, an airbag set, an opening and closing mechanism and adjusters.
