Abstract

The invention discloses a large-sized spherical structure element heat treatment deformation measuring device, which comprises a spherical structure element, a measuring base plate, a laser tracking instrument and four target seats, wherein the spherical structure element is formed by an upper semicircular spherical block and a lower semicircular spherical block through welding; an annular weldingseam is formed between the two semicircular spherical blocks; the measuring base plate is placed under the semicircular spherical block positioned at the lower layer; a first station and a second station are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the measuring base plate; the first station and the second station are connected through an annular rail; the laser tracking instrument moves through the annular rail; the four target seats are used as global control sites in the transfer station process. The device has the advantages that when the measuring conditions are insufficient, a measuring method with easy operation and high efficiency is provided; all practical measuring points are fitted into a sphere by SA software; a deformation region is analyzed trough the deviation value of the practical measuring points and the fitted sphere; the deviation value of points on the deformation region is compared with the respective fitting maximum deviation value for analyzing the deformation quantity of the corresponding deformation region.
