The invention discloses an online measurement method and device for the flow of three phases including crude oil, natural gas and water. According to the method, firstly, a three-phase mixture fluid of the crude oil, natural gas and water is heated to demanded temperature, the heat quantity is calculated, and the average specific heat and phase ratio of the three-phase mixture fluid are obtained.A Venturi tube in an inversely U-shaped pipe is used for measuring the average density of the three-phase mixture; a horizontal Venturi tube is used for measuring the total volume flow of the three-phase mixture fluid. Through combined calculation of the density, phase ratio and total volume flow of the mixture, the flow of the crude oil, natural gas and water can be figured out separately. By means of the online measurement method and device for the flow of the three phases including the crude oil, the natural gas and the water, the difficulty in measurement of the flow of the crude oil is solved, and the efficiency of heating a crude oil wellhead is improved. The measurement method is novel, unique and scientific, and the measurement device is reliable, free of components which are likely to be damaged, high in measurement precision and reliable in data.
