The invention discloses a radial runout detecting device of combining gear tooth part of automobile, comprising a vertical rail structure, a workbench and a measuring mechanism. The vertical rail structure is a manual reciprocating straight motion structure, which includes a rail, a sliding plate and a handle. The workbench is installed at bottom part of the rail, which includes a rotor, a base and a location ring; the rotor is vertically installed in the base and can do reciprocating motion relative to the rail plane; the main shaft of the rotor is connected with the location ring which is located with a combining gear to be detected. The measuring mechanism is installed on the sliding plate, which includes a meter rod, a pull spring, a limiting pin, a measuring rod, a locating pin, a measuring head, a tapered wedge, a rod head, a stop rod and a suspension body. The measuring rod is hinged in the suspension body, whose one end is contacted with the meter rod and the other end is axially provided with a measuring head in the combining gear tooth part to be detected. The stop rod and the tapered wedge are cooperated to control the swing of the measuring rod. The invention is suitable for the measuring tool of the production field which has accurate location, convenient measurement and high measuring precision.
