Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a microfluid detecting device which comprises a first base plate, a second base plate and a microfluid channel layer. The first base plate is configured to comprise a first surface and a second surface which are opposite, a light source is arranged on the first surface, and at least one grating block is arranged on the second surface. The second base plateis configured to comprise a third surface and a fourth surface which are opposite, and at least one light-sensitive detector is configured on the third surface, facing the first surface, of the second base plate. The microfluid channel layer is arranged between the first surface of the first base plate and the third surface of the second base plate and comprises a microfluid channel for allowinga microfluid to circulate. The at least one grating block reflects light emitted out from the light source, and collimated light rays of corresponding colors reflected by all the grating blocks are transmitted through the microfluid channel and then received by the at least one light-sensitive detector. A microfluid detecting system is simple in structure, small in machining difficulty, low in cost, high in spectrum light splitting precision, high in detection and identification precision and low in interference.
