Abstract
The invention discloses a corrosion resistant composite metal material and a preparation method thereof. The material includes a metal body. The metal body includes a base layer, an antioxidant layer,an artificial fiber layer, an organic polymer material layer and a galvanized layer. The antioxidant layer is a nickel-based alloy. The artificial fiber layer is a viscose fiber. The organic polymermaterial layer is polymethyl methacrylate plastics. According to the preparation method, selected light alloy particles are placed into a furnace or heating and stirring, and when solid and liquid coexist, nickel-based alloy particles, aluminized polyimide film particles, viscose fiber particles, polymethyl methacrylate plastics particles, galvanized material particles and a catalyst are added tothe furnace for stirring, mixing and heating; and the corrosion resistant composite metal material is injected into dies by investment casting, the dies are used to form metal parts and detect the metal parts, and the qualified products can be used or stored. The obtained metal material has better wear resistance, strength and toughness.
