Abstract

The invention provides a brushing-electroplating plating pen anode device and an application method thereof. The brushing-electroplating plating pen anode device comprises an anode body, an anode bodyfixing frame, a liquid conveying spray assembly, a transition fixed frame, an elastic connecting rod, an elastic connecting sleeve, an insulation sleeve pipe and an L-shaped plating pen fixing support. The anode body is mounted on the anode body fixing frame through a bearing, wherein an electric conduction handle connecting hole is formed in the side face of the anode body fixing frame. One endof the elastic connecting rod is connected to the anode body fixing frame through the transition fixed frame, and the other end of the elastic connecting rod is connected with the elastic connecting sleeve. The elastic connecting sleeve is connected with the L-shaped plating pen fixing support through the insulation sleeve pipe. The liquid conveying spray assembly is located above the anode body and mounted on the anode body fixing frame. A liquid conveying cavity pipeline, an elastic part and a pressure sensor with a pressure adjusting function are arranged in the elastic connecting sleeve. The device is simple in structure, a to-be-machined workpiece is mounted and adjusted conveniently, the brushing-electroplating efficiency is high, and the device is suitable for brushing-electroplating anode plating pens for steel rails of the outdoor complex plane work conditions.
