Abstract

The application comprises the following steps that (1) 100 parts of soil is pretreated, and after impurities are sorted, 10-20 parts of straws, 12-16 parts of biomass carbon and strong alkali are added; (2) non-ionic surfactants are added; (3) the soilin the step (2) is stockpiled for 2-7 days in a sealed mode, and the water content of the soil is kept to be 20-70% during stockpiling maintenance; (4) the strong oxidant hydrogen peroxide is added into the soil obtained in the step (3), and even full-stirring is conducted; (5) strong acid solution is added; and (6) the soil fully stirred in the step (5) is stockpiled in a sealed mode, and maintenance is conducted for 1-3 days while the water content is kept to be 20-70%. A treatment technology combined with chemical oxidation is provided, the looseness of the soil can be improved after the added straws are oxidized in the subsequent steps, and the method is more stable and more thorough than a method purely and directly adopting chemical oxidation to treat the organic contaminated soil.
