The second stage is a target measurement stage which comprises the steps of: constructing an energy matching signal according to the target speed value and the initial value ofthe distance door; performing matching filtering on the row signal of the matrix where the maximum value of the target echo signal is located after coherent accumulation and a constructed energy matching signal; comparing the maximum value with a target measurement detection threshold; and calculating a target distance value, and outputting a target distance and a speed measurement value.
