The manufacturing method includes:coating the upper surface of an imitated jean layer with a waterproof agent to form a first waterproof layer; printing the lower surface of the imitated jean layer through printing ink to enable theprinting ink to permeate into fiber of the lower surface of the imitated jean layer; hooking the fiber of the lower surface of the imitated jean layer to the upper surface of the first waterproof layer to form a jacquard layer; performing hot ironing treatment on the lower surface of the imitated jean layer; coating a binder on the lower surface of the imitated jean layer to be in hot press compositing with a transparent polymer film which forms a second waterproof layer. By the manufacturing method, the produced fabric has more fashionable jean appearance, resources can be saved, and environment pollution can be reduced; the fabric is attractive in appearance, stereoscopic and full in pattern, soft in hand feel and solid and durable and has good waterproof, windproof and heat-insulating performance.
