The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding a film forming agent into deionized water, heating, preserving the heat, stirring until the film forming agent is completely dissolved to obtain a basic solution, then adding sodium polyacrylate, hydroxyethyl cellulose, talcum powder, polysorbate-80, sodium hyaluronate, glycerinum and aluminum trichloride into the basic solution, preserving the heat, stirring, cooling the solution, then adding the tremella extract, the flaxseed extract, the beta-glucan, the castor oil, essence and preservative, stiring, adjusting the pH, finally transferring into an emulsification machine, stirring, emulsifying, filtering by virtue of a screen, and filling, thus obtaining a finished product facial mask.
