Problems solved by technology

First of all, eucalyptus is a tree species that requires a lot of water, and planting Andrographis paniculata under the forest will further increase the demand for water, causing Andrographis and Eucalyptus to compete for water, affecting the growth of Andrographis paniculata; especially in July-October, when the temperature is high and dry , andrographis nearly stagnant growth
Secondly, eucalyptus leaves are more fallen from March to April. If the Andrographis paniculata seeds sown on the seedling bed do not take appropriate measures, the leaves of the eucalyptus will fall on the sown seedling bed, and the Andrographis paniculata seeds will not germinate normally.

Embodiment 1

[0025] Embodiment 1: It was carried out under a 1-year-old eucalyptus forest in a state-owned forest farm in Liuzhou, Guangxi in 2016. Specific steps are as follows:

[0026] (1) Accelerating germination: select the seeds of Andrographis paniculata with full grains, soak the seeds with 0.2% potassium permanganate solution for 20 minutes before sowing, soak the seeds with 40°C hot water after washing with clear water, and after natural cooling, change the water and soak for 12 hours. After washing with clean water, put them in a germination machine at 25°C for 2 days;

[0027] (2) Make a furrow: on the 1-year-old eucalyptus forest open space, apply 200 kg / mu of fermented pig manure as base manure, make a furrow with a width of 1.8m and a height of 15cm after deep plowing; and disinfect the furrow soil with a 400-fold solution of Dixon;

[0028] (3) Sowing: The sowing time should be in mid-February, and the dosage of Andrographis paniculata is 0.1kg / mu; mix the seeds of Androgr...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for planting andrographis paniculata under an annual-biennial eucalyptus forest. The method comprises the following steps: soaking seeds in hot water before sowing, and then, subjecting the seeds to germination hastening for 2 to 4 days in a germination hastening machine; applying fermented pig manure as a basal fertilizer, carrying out deep plowing, then, carryingout small-plot forming, and disinfecting small-plot soil with a 100-500-times solution of dexon; uniformly mixing the andrographis paniculata seeds and fine-crushed loess, then, broadcasting the seeds to small plots, carrying out watering, then, building arched sheds at the two ends of the small plots, and covering the arched sheds with films; opening the two ends of the films of the arched shedswhen the height of each young seedling reaches 5cm to 7cm; removing the films from the arched sheds when the height of each seedling reaches 10cm to 15cm; carrying out fertilizer application once monthly from March to July; carrying out tipping when the height of each seedling reaches 30cm to 40cm, so as to promote growth of lateral branches; and reaping herbs when the andrographis paniculata isin a blooming and budding stage, and bundling the herbs for shade drying. According to the method, the andrographis paniculata is planted under the annual-biennial eucalyptus forest, the space of an eucalyptus forest land is fully utilized, while, the influence on seed germination and young seedling growth of the andrographis paniculata caused by eucalyptus fallen leaves is overcome, and the problem in moisture competition between andrographis paniculata growth and eucalyptus growth is solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of planting under forests, in particular to a method for planting Andrographis paniculata under 1-2 year old eucalyptus forests. technical background [0002] Andrographis paniculata (Burm.f.) Nees is a plant of the Acanthaceae family. The whole herb or leaves are used as medicine. It is a medicinal material with many clinical applications in traditional Chinese medicine, and it is also an important raw material for many Chinese patent medicines. [0003] Andrographis paniculata is a perennial or annual herb with a flowering period of August to September and a fruiting period of October. The planting mode of planting and harvesting in the same year is mostly adopted. Andrographis paniculata likes a warm and humid climate, is afraid of drought, and is not tolerant to strong light, especially when the seedlings are exposed to strong sunlight, the leaves are easy to burn and grow poorly, with low yield and poor...
