Abstract

The invention discloses a running-in state identification method based on a frictional temperature signal, comprising the following steps: transmitting a temperature signal acquired by a thermal resistance to a data acquisition system by virtue of a temperature transmitter, then sequentially performing gross error removal, wavelet denoising, phase space reconstruction and nonlinear coordinate calculation, constructing a coordinate graph, plotting points, and finally performing a clustering algorithm, when the calculated nonlinear coordinates are of the same type for three times in succession and are different from an initial point in the type, judging running-in to be finished, otherwise, judging the running-in to be unfinished. The method disclosed by the invention can effectively measurerunning-in condition of a friction pair in a frictional wear process. The measured temperature signal is subjected to the gross error removal and wavelet denoising, thus signal effectiveness is guaranteed; and due to the phase space reconstruction and calculation of the nonlinear coordinates, the problems that the conventional data measurement is tedious and period is long are avoided; and finally clustering computation is performed, thus a running-in state of the friction pair can be efficiently judged.
