[0047] 1. Method

[0048] 1.1. General information: 80 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD admitted from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected. The medical history, signs, chest CT, electrocardiogram and lung function tests of all patients were all in the same diagnostic criteria and severity classification. It met the diagnostic criteria of the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases" (2013 revision) formulated by the Respiratory Disease Branch of the Chinese Medical Association. 44 males and 36 females, with an average age of 62.6±9.4 years; the average FEV1 predicted value was 53.2±15.9%, and they were in a stable period for more than 3 weeks after discharge, except that they were unable to walk, unable to participate in lung function tests and unable to complete Questionnaire. The present invention was approved by the Ethics Committee of Zunyi First People's Hospital, and all patients gave informed consent.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of medical research, and discloses a method for detecting chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The method comprises the following steps of evaluating a general item of collected patients; evaluating abdominal muscle endurance by sit-ups; using Leicester Cough Questionnaire (LCQ) assessment to assess cough-related quality of life of patients; using afatigue effect scale (FIS) to evaluate the fatigue sensation of the subjects; patients were assessed with Beck Depression Inventory (BDI). The results are analyzed statistically. The method finds a significant relationship between the level of depression and the physical, social, psychological dimension and overall quality of life and cough, improves the knowledge, diagnosis and treatment abilityof the clinician for the complications of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with anxiety and depression, and contributes to improving the condition of the patient and shortening the treatment time of the patient.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of medical research, in particular to a detection method for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Background technique [0002] COPD is characterized by persistent airflow limitation, often progressive, with a chronic inflammatory response to noxious particles and gases in the airways and lungs. The characteristic symptoms of COPD are chronic dyspnea, cough, and expectoration, which vary from day to day. Initially, the cough may be intermittent, but then daily, or even throughout the day. Cough is an important defense mechanism that helps clear excess secretions and airway foreign bodies, and chronic cough significantly affects health-related quality of life. Cough-related syncope, incontinence, vomiting, sleep deprivation, and depression are some of the more serious adverse effects associated with cough that require prompt evaluation and treatment. Brignall K found that patients with chronic cough ofte...
