[0048] 1.1. General information: 80 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD admitted from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected. The medical history, signs, chest CT, electrocardiogram and lung function tests of all patients were all in the same diagnostic criteria and severity classification. It met the diagnostic criteria of the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases" (2013 revision) formulated by the Respiratory Disease Branch of the Chinese Medical Association. 44 males and 36 females, with an average age of 62.6±9.4 years; the average FEV1 predicted value was 53.2±15.9%, and they were in a stable period for more than 3 weeks after discharge, except that they were unable to walk, unable to participate in lung function tests and unable to complete Questionnaire. The present invention was approved by the Ethics Committee of Zunyi First People's Hospital, and all patients gave informed consent.
