Embodiment 1

[0052] Such as figure 1 , 2 As shown in 13, this embodiment discloses a bagging mechanism neatly arranged in batches after roasted eel pieces are baked, including a washboard assembly 1, a rotary feeding disc 2, a guide tube 3, an upper film feeding roller 4, a lower Film feeding roller 5 , working platform 6 , lifting hot pressing part 7 , cutting and unloading device 8 , and conveying platform 9 .

[0053] Such as Figure 8 , 9 As shown, the rotary feeding disc 2 includes a disc body, and a feeding bin 21 is provided on the side of the disc body, and a plurality of feeding bins 21 surround the central axis of the disc body equidistantly to form a ring structure. The bottom of each feeding bin 21 is provided with a feed opening, and the opening or closing of the feed opening is controlled by a solenoid valve (not shown in the figure). The washboard assembly 1 is used to feed the grilled eel pieces into corresponding feeding bins 21 in batches, and a pressure sensor (not s...

Embodiment 2

[0061] Such as Figure 5-7 As shown, the difference between this embodiment and the above-mentioned embodiments is that: the washboard assembly 1 includes multiple sets of washboard parts, and the washboard parts are arranged in order of approaching the rotary feeding disc 2 from far to near. Each group of washboard parts includes a first washboard 11 , a second washboard 12 and a lifting device 13 . The first washboard 11 and the second washboard 12 have the same structure, and the present invention takes the structure of the first washboard 11 as an object for introduction. The first washboard 11 includes a washboard body 111 and a bent board 112. The top of the washboard body 111 is an inclined surface whose height gradually decreases from left to right. The bent board 112 includes a first board body 1121 and a second board body 1122. The plate body 1121 leans against the inclined surface, and the second plate body 1122 is connected to the right end of the first plate body...

Embodiment 3

[0066] Such as Figure 6 As shown, the difference between this embodiment and the above-mentioned embodiments is that: the middle section of the inclined top surface of the first plate body 1121 is provided with a material blocking plate 11211 . The baffle plate 11211 of the present invention mainly plays a position-limiting role. Since there is a gap between the adjacent washboard bodies 111, it prevents the roasted eel pieces from sliding down to the gap and affects the movement of the second washboard 12 up and down.

Abstract

The invention discloses an orderly-arranging and in-batch-bagging mechanism after broiled-sliced-eel broiling. The orderly-arranging and in-batch-bagging mechanism comprises a rubbing plate assembly,a rotary feeding disc, guiding pipes, an upper thin-film feeding roller, a lower thin-film feeding roller, a working platform, a lifting hot pressing part, a cutting discharging device and a conveyingplatform. The rotary feeding disc comprises a disc body, feeding bins are arranged on the lateral side of the disc body, and discharging openings are formed in the bottoms of the feeding bins respectively and controlled by valves to be opened or closed. The rubbing plate assembly is used for feeding broiled sliced eels into the corresponding bins in batches; the working platform is located belowthe guiding pipes. Projections of discharging openings of the guiding pipes in the vertical direction are arranged into a matrix structure; the lifting hot pressing part is used for hot pressing an upper-layer thin film and a lower-layer thin film into a plurality of bag structures. The cutting discharging device is arranged behind the conveying platform. The invention further discloses an in-batch-bagging method after broiled-sliced-eel broiling. The orderly-arranging and in-batch-bagging mechanism and the in-batch-bagging method have the advantages that multiple groups of the broiled slicedeels can be automatically and orderly arranged and bagged at the same time.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of roasted eel processing, in particular to a bagging mechanism and a method for neatly arranging roasted eel pieces in batches after roasting. Background technique [0002] The nutritional value of eel is very high, so it is called soft gold in water, and it has been regarded as a nourishing and beauty product in China and many parts of the world since ancient times. Grilled eel maintains the high-protein diet of eel's attractive taste. It is very rich in vitamin A, vitamin B, and vitamin C. It is a good product for women's skin beauty, recovery from fatigue, prevention of aging, and improvement of vitality. In particular, it is highly rich in unsaturated fatty acids such as EPA and DHA, which can effectively lower the cholesterol index, and is also rich in calcium. [0003] The preparation process of the grilled eel in the prior art includes processes such as cleaning, slicing, removing fishy smell, dryin...
