Abstract

The invention discloses proportioning and preparation methods for a recycled concrete pavement brick. The proportioning method is characterized in that the recycled concrete pavement brick is preparedfrom the following components including inorganic cementitious material, a concrete admixture, an aggregate and water; the aggregate includes a coarse aggregate and a fine aggregate; the coarse aggregate includes a natural coarse aggregate, a recycled concrete coarse aggregate and a crushed toughened glass coarse aggregate; the fine aggregate includes a natural fine aggregate and a recycled concrete fine aggregate; the inorganic cementitious material includes cement; and the concrete admixture includes granulated blast furnace slag powder. The preparation method comprises the following stepsof (1) preparation of raw materials; (2) mixing of the raw materials; (3) brickmaking formation; and (4) constant-temperature maintenance. The proportioning and preparation methods can reduce the production cost and are more environmentally friendly by utilizing a secondary waste as a raw material; and can accurately determine a ratio of various components and improve the production efficiency byapplying a formula. After determing a proportion by applying the formula, the various performances of the pavement brick prepared by the proportion are calculated, the time of testing performance is saved and the cost is reduced; the preparation method is simple in step, high in efficiency and good in quality.
