Permeability evaluation method of permeable asphalt pavement based on fluid-solid coupling analysis

A technology of permeable asphalt and permeability performance, which is applied to the analysis of materials, permeability/surface area analysis, suspension and porous material analysis, etc. It can solve problems such as difficult to popularize and apply, ignore the permeability performance, and the conclusion is too macroscopic, so as to save time and cost, intuitive penetration performance, and efficient evaluation of the effectiveness of the method

Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, the evaluation of the permeable performance of permeable pavement mainly focuses on the study of the permeable performance of a single pavement structure layer, or the small-scale laboratory test research on the performance of permeable pavement system, ignoring the impact of the change of initial humidity field caused by groundwater and subgrade soil types within the pavement range. Influence of internal permeability of pavement and influence of rainfall infiltration process on fluctuation of groundwater level
However, large-scale indoor experiments or research on test road sections are time-consuming and laborious, and the conclusions obtained are difficult to be popularized and applied in other practical projects.
At the same time, the conclusions obtained from the current research are too macroscopic to directly evaluate the infiltration effect through the internal rainfall infiltration process of the permeable asphalt pavement system, resulting in the lack of practical theoretical basis and guidance for the adjustment of the permeable design of the pavement structure

Embodiment Construction

[0040] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0041] The embodiment of the present invention proposes a method for evaluating the permeability of permeable asphalt pavement based on fluid-solid coupling analysis, such as figure 1 As shown, the method includes the following steps:

[0042] Step 10) Carry out an indoor penetration test to determine the material parameters and hydrological parameters of each structural layer of the permeable asphalt pavement. The material parameters include density, porosity, modulus and Poisson's ratio; the hydrological parameters include saturated permeability coefficient, residual volume water content and saturated volume water content.

[0043]Step 20) Use the Van Genuchten material model and the Mualem permeability model to characterize the dynamic relationship between the volumetric water content and the unsaturated permeability coefficient of each str...

Abstract

The invention discloses a permeability evaluation method of a permeable asphalt pavement based on fluid-solid coupling analysis. The method comprises the steps of determining material parameters and hydrologic parameters of structural layers of the pavement through a laboratory test, establishing unsaturated seepage models of the structural layers, establishing a numerical model of a permeable asphalt pavement system, simulating an initial moisture field in the pavement system, analyzing a rainfall infiltration process based on a saturated-unsaturated fluid-solid coupling theory, simulating adynamic variation of the moisture field under a rainfall condition, and evaluating permeability of the permeable asphalt pavement. The method comprehensively considers the influence of the initial moisture field caused by underground water and subgrade soil types in a pavement scope on the internal permeability of the pavement, and relatively accurately simulates mutual coupling and influence of the rainfall infiltration process and an underground water level fluctuation; the laboratory test and numerical simulation are combined to achieve transient analysis of the internal rainfall infiltration process of the permeable asphalt pavement system; and the method can more visually evaluate the permeability of a road structure and is practical, feasible and efficient.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of water permeability performance evaluation of road engineering pavement, and in particular relates to a method for evaluating the permeability performance of permeable asphalt pavement based on fluid-solid coupling analysis. Background technique [0002] The design of permeable asphalt pavement mainly considers two aspects of performance requirements. On the one hand, the pavement has sufficient strength to bear the design load, and on the other hand, it has good permeability to infiltrate the design rainfall, so as to avoid water accumulation on the pavement and affect driving safety. Therefore, after the pavement material and structure design based on road traffic volume is completed, the permeable asphalt pavement should also be evaluated and verified for the permeable performance of the pavement. The current "Code for Design of Highway Drainage" (JTGT D33-2012) evaluates pavement structure drainage bas...
