In the rolling process, firstly, the intelligent electric-plastic measurement and control system sets the pulse current density, the frequency, the pulse width and other electric parameters according to rolling parameters, and meanwhile the distance between the left and right electric conduction rollers and the work rollers is automatically adjusted; after band penetrating and expanding, low-speed rolling is started, electric pulses are started synchronously, electric-plastic rolling is carried out, and speed increase rolling is carried out after the parameters are stable; and when operation is carried out close to the band tail, in the speed decrease process, electric parameter changes are monitored in real time, and the pulse power sources are turned off in time before shutdown.
